How to process my exchange / refund :

- 1. Safety products such as helmets, protection pads, ropes, harnesses cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 2. For hygiene purposes items such as swim wear, undergarments, sports bra, snorkelling sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 3. All snorkelling mask must be in unused condition to be able for an exchange or refund.
- 4. Perishable goods such as food or drinks cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- 5. Last piece, last price promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Note: While returning the products, the returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sell-able condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
