TO GUARANTEE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION, YOU HAVE 90 DAYS FOR NON-MEMBERS AND 365 DAYS FOR DECATHLON MEMBERS  FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. 

How to process my exchange:

1) Write to us at decathlon.malaysia@decathlon.com with your order number, details of the items you would like to exchange, and a brief explanation telling us why you would like to exchange.

2) A customer happiness officer will then assist you on what to do next! 

3) As soon as we receive your parcel, we will ship the size/colour you want to exchange it with.

Note: While returning the products, please return it in the same condition as it was purchased (including manuals, accessories and packaging), then drop it off at our store or post it to us.

Terms & Conditions:

  • 1. Safety products such as helmets, protection pads, ropes, harnesses cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • 2. For hygiene purposes items such as swim wear, undergarments, sports bra, snorkelling sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • 2. Perishable goods such as food or drinks cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
  • 3. Last piece, last price promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

REFUND POLICY

FOR ANY REASON, YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED? 
NO WORRIES, WE'LL REFUND IT WITH A SMILE with terms and condition applied.

How to process my refund:

1) Write to us at decathlon.malaysia@decathlon.com with your order number, details of the items you would like to return, and a brief explanation telling us why you would like the refund.  

2) A customer happiness officer will then assist you on what to do next! 

3) A refund to your bank account (where the payment has been deducted) will take up to 2 weeks - 1 month
