If the payment transaction was unsuccessful, you will need to re-order your items and make payment. Be assured, there will not be a duplicate payment.

We will check the transactions with our finance team and proceed to a refund if duplicate payments are found.

Please allow 7-14 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card. We trigger your refund within 24 hours, while, it may take 2 to 9 days for your bank to credit your account.

We remind you that when you pay with the bank card, you will only be charged once your order is ready to be shipped.
