Great! It's fantastic on smaller muscle groups or joints like a wrist or knee (depending on the issue obviously). For me as a badminton player its great for fast recovery. My only tip is to fill on a flat surface, press the spout down so the water meets the bottom of the screw then tighten the cap. This allows. It to wrap the inflammation.
