*Our return and exchange policy for products that are consumable or involve hygienic use like sunblock, creams, gels, water bladders, water bottles, utensils, swimsuits, underwear, and the like will not be processed due to health and hygienic purposes.

Our Return & Exchange policy

  1. Unwanted goods: unused and in their original packaging. You can get a refund when returning unwanted goods. Please note that we do not offer any option to exchange unwanted goods at the moment, and we do not allow refund of perishable goods such as food or drinks.
  2. If the product in use is not satisfactory for the intended sport practice, please note that we will not accept:
    • products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose or not properly maintained
    • products used outside of their intended means
    • products subject to normal wear and tear
    • perishable goods such as food and drinks; gas canisters; personalised items; personal safety equipment, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products.
    Based on our assessment (taking into consideration the condition of the product and length/frequency of use), our Decathlon Team retains the right to accept or refuse the return, and in the event a return is accepted, Decathlon has the right to choose the solution offered.
  3. For online purchases, the Customer may return/exchange the Products:
    • Either by post for a refund/exchange
    • or in any Decathlon Stores in Malaysia for a refund or an exchange
  4. The return by post and the subsequent refund is only valid:
    • For home delivery orders and click and collect orders
    • For the same mode of payment
  5. The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of Products returned by post. The transfer of title and risk of the Products will remain with the Customer until the Products have reached Decathlon’s warehouse/store. The Customer must package the item carefully and include the relevant return number(s) printed out from the Website or written on a loose sheet of paper.
  6. The Products will be inspected once received and in the event the Products are not eligible for a return pursuant to Clause 5.1, Decathlon may send the Products back to the Customer at the Customer’s cost and/or refuse to provide a return.
  7. Products which are eligible for a return will be processed within fourteen (14) to twenty (20) days after Decathlon receives it. Refunds will be based on the original mode of payment for the Order of the Products.
  8. In the event Decathlon has sent you an incorrect or defective item or a Product has been mis-described on the Website, and you would like to return it, Decathlon shall bear the cost of return shipping. Please contact the Decathlon Customer Service team (contact details can be obtained via the "Contact Us" section on the Website) for further instructions on how to proceed. Provided that the Product is returned with reasonable care having been taken, the refund to be provided by Decathlon shall be based on your original mode of payment for the Order of the Product
