When unfolded, the ice box measures 30 cm in height, and 17 x 17 cm in its base.

Great little bag. Fits 4(!) bottles of wine and a few snacky bits too (or more with less wine). No straps or pockets to stick the ice packs in but at this price you can't complain.
Keeps stuff cool and will even cool a warm bottle of wine (tried it a few times).
