The trolley arrived on time as promised. It is quits sturdy and appears well made. It took some time to work out how to collapse it down (instructions would be useful). Unfortunately due to lockdown it hasn't been used yet but my husband is looking forward to getting out on the course with it.

Have just bought and brought the trolley home and put together. I cannot fold it. Some reviews suggest “ push the button hard”. I have pushed wit 2 thumbs at the same time to no avail.

Excellent quality for the money
Disappointed – Faulty and no longer usable!

The trolley arrived on time and it was good the first time I used it. However, after two rounds of golf I started having two issues. Firstly, the tightening mechanism for the handle no longer works properly, which means it folds up all the time.

Secondly, the brake locks the wheel by itself even when the brake lever isn’t pushed down – this means the brake will come on by itself when walking along and the final time I used it I had to push the trolley on two wheels for the final few holes.

Overall, I am very disappointed in this product and want a refund!

design flaw

i have commented on this trolley a short while ago. The style of trolley is dependent on a plastic hook to secure it in it use position. it does have a metal insert to strengthen the hook but it is still not enough and needs to be a metal construction. on advice from Decathlon they recommended that i take it back to a store. As non of this style of trolley is not available on line they reimbursed me the cost of the trolley.

Disappointed customer

Very pleased when I got this push trolley but today on the golf course it collapsed on me, the hook mechanism that holds it in position has broken, the only reason I would not recommend this trolley is that the hook is in the main made of plastic with an attempt to to strengthen it with a very little metal, it should have been all metal owing to the stress it takes.
