Good, large umbrella which keeps two of us dry at once. Great for opening single-handedly as it is sprung. Just press the button on the handle and it opens nicely.

Poor design. The ribs are attached to the canopy by a thin piece of cotton which quickly snapped. A golf umbrella should be durable.

I'm sorry that your umbrella broke. They've been designed to withstand very strong winds so this should not have happened. It is covered by a 2 year warranty so please do return it for either an exchange or refund. All of your return options can be found here.
