Tendon Boots 500 Jumping for Horse - Black

One of our designers' priorities is for your horse to be at ease when training. So they created these tendon boots to perfectly fit the shape of the limb. With a redesigned outer shell moulded from supple yet durable plastic, and 6 mm of smooth foam on the inside, these boots fully surround your horse's limb to protect it from brushing and stop the fetlocks and tendons getting knocked, without hampering movement. In short, your horse will be in top form. And so will you.

To give your horse the best limb protection, you can also pair your boots with the 500 Jump fetlock boots. They are made from the same materials and offer the same levels of protection, comfort and fit for your horse's hind limbs. Certain showjumping competitions require horses to wear all of these protective boots, which are available in several colours. All you need to do now is get around the course without any faults!

The 500 Jump boots are easy to put on and can be used daily for flat work and showjumping. To allow your horse to give its all when jumping, the Fouganza team has developed an anatomically shaped shell that doesn't pinch the tendon at the back. This means that the boot follows your horse's movements and won't hinder the joint's flexion. Ideal protection for competitions!

Because all horses are different, the 500 Jump boots have been designed to fit as many horses as possible and give each horse the performance and comfort they need. Thanks to the synthetic foam on the inside, which is extremely comfortable, and the adjustable rip-tab system, these protective boots are worn very close to the horse's limb. The shell has also been tested on numerous different horses to ensure it will work perfectly!

They may not look it, but these body parts are fragile! And the tendons and fetlocks are areas that need to be well protected! Whether training, hacking or competing, make sure to protect your horse's limbs with the right boots or wraps. It's all too easy for horses' limbs to brush against one another or for their hooves to catch their other limbs, which can lead to injury! The 500 Jump brushing boots have the advantage of being easy to put in place and providing real protection.

The 500 Jump boots are technical, sturdy and designed to fit a wide range of horses, with the additional benefit of being easy to clean. Have you galloped through wet sand? Leave the boots to dry then give them a quick brush, particularly on the parts in contact with your horse's limbs. You may need to give them a wipe with a damp sponge to finish them off. Or if you prefer, you can also rinse them. And just like that, they're ready to go again!

Some riders have noted that this model runs large. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the smaller size. In any case, before using for the first time, we recommend checking that the boot does not interfere with movement of the fetlock or knee.
