First and foremost, thank you for your time in rating our product. We are truly sorry to hear that the bike bell has malfunctioned after few tries. I'm glad to inform that all the products in Decathlon comes with minimum 2 years warranty for all our members (t&c apply). Kindly bring the item to the store for warranty claiming purpose. It is highly advisable for you to contact the store in advance before dropping by to check on the availability of the stock. Rest assured, we will assist you accordingly throughout the warranty claiming process.

I have bought this bell for my sons bike twice and the bell arm has broken in the same place twice. At first I thought my son had broken it, so I bought another one. The plastic has a clear weak point and the bells only lasted a few weeks.
