I bought the brake pad unit compatible with the FIT 3 junior skates but it doesn't fit. It's has a different shape. What should I do? Cut it? What if I do it wrongly? What if it doesn't fit either? Can you give me a solution?
Response of the brand
Hello Eva,
The brake you purchased (ref code 8111787) is indeed compatible for FIT 3 junior skates. I double checked it personally in the store. There is a very similar brake (ref code 8318932) that has different shape and it fits FIT 3 junior skates from previous seasons. I would suggest to visit your local Decathlon Workshop department. They can fully identify the cause of a fault and ensure that you are satisfied. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
