I bought this tent to go to a three night festival. It was fairly light-weight, didn't take up too much room in my bag and was quick to erect. It was incredibly easy to set up, I noted it came with instructions, but didn't actually need to look at them. I probably wouldn't recommend the use of this for two people. It was the perfect size for me, my bag and alcohol. It didn't rain whilst I used it, but one morning it was very damp and cold, but inside my tent was fairly cosy and dry. It has a handy little pocket at the door for putting stuff you might need to suddenly grab, like a lighter or bottle opener, and the space at the door between sheets is more than enough for shoes and more alcohol.
Have used it once since and had the same experience. It more than exceeded my expectations for £20.
It is not suitable for my fishing, but I have in in my loft as a play tent for the kids.
Bought this to go on a scooter rally. Easy to put up and take down, the wind on a camp site makes folding it up to put away more difficult than it should be, but that's not the tents fault.
Kept me dry and warm. What more do you want for a score?
Didn't miraculously make me live camping though.
Small but reliable and easy to build
Needed some tents for kids to complement campervan-these are relatively small but can take 2 children easily (2 adults would be a real challenge) but incredibly easy to put up, waterproof, light and compact to transport. Excellent basic tent and amazing value for money (a genuine quality tent unlike most advertised
This tent was just the right size for one person with a lot of running kit for a 24 hour race. There would be room for two if you only wanted to sleep in it and keep your baggage elsewhere.
It was completely waterproof after 14 hours of rain - the flysheet was water repellent and the rain just rolled off. No leaks from the groundsheet either. Easy to put up and take down. A useful hook inside that you can hang a light from and a pocket to store small items.
Only downside is the number of tent pegs supplied - if it's likely to be windy I'd bring another 4 so you could peg down the groundsheet in 6 places and the flysheet as well.
The best thing about this tent is it is extremely easy to put up and take down. It doesn't take up much room. Its excellent as a play tent for the kids and as a spare tent for camping.
I bought this for my myself, for going to a festival for a weekend. I was impressed by the price, and more tempted by the reviews, so I gave it a go. Very easy to put it up, which took maybe 10-15 minutes (in the rain), and about as easy to put back down again and fit it into its bag. It was small, and with all my stuff there was only really room for me, but it did exactly what I wanted it to. Kept the rain off, and it got so warm during the day that it was very comfortable when I got back in the night!
