Good chain
Used for 7 to 12 months
Seeing that my last chain broke on it's first day out, Decathlon replaced it free of charge with this one, which up to now has been good.
Great value
Used for 1 week or less
As it says on the tin. Cheap price and good quality. They changed it for me too for a very good price.
Not worth the money
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Had this chain fitted 2 months ago. At 1st everything seemed ok. Shifting was quick and quite. Have done less than 400 miles, keep chain clean and lubed, but can fell it stretching. Checked it at the weekend and it already needs changing. Would expect to get 1000-2000 miles as most is on the road so have not put a lot of strain on the chain.
Great product
Used for 2 to 8 weeks

Solid and functional performance

It does the job intended.
Good chain.
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Good cheap chain to replace an old worn out one on a hybred bike.
Very good
Used for 1 week or less
Very good quality
Worn out after 6 months mainly only weekend rides
Used for 3 to 6 months
Fitted nicely with quick release but wore incredibly fast. Fully worn at 1.0 on chain measuring tool in approx 6 months (luckily I randomly checked). I mainly only ride once or twice a week.
Response of the brand
Dear Sir,
You are correct in saying that with only weekend riding this chain should easily outlast 6 months. Assuming the cassette and cahinring were not worn and that the chain was oiled correctly, it should last a very long time.
If you feel that this chain is faulty, please return it to us for inspection.

Excellent value
Used for 1 week or less
Searched everywhere for new chain for my 20yr old "Rayleigh Pioneer Deluxe" (5 speed x 2), only to be told "don't make parts for those anymore!". Then I saw this item listed for 3/8 speed. Purchased and fitted this chain and it works perfectly - and its identical in length so no alteration required!.
