Everything is bad

Wheels are bad, trucks are too loose, the deck is too short and the graphic is awful. The worst board I've ever had.
Response of the brand
Hello Szymon,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback regarding Play 3 skateboard. I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with this board. However please keep in mind that this skateboard is designed for young children from 4 to 7 years old (therefore short deck), who wants to learn to ride: push, turn and stop. It is not designed to perform any tricks or ride in the skatepark. I am sorry to hear you didn't like the design of the deck. Please keep in mind that you can adjust trucks to fit your level and style of riding. I encourage you to return your skateboard for a full refund or exchange for the model more suitable for you.
Once again thank you for your feedback.

Hello, can I change the wheels for a faster pace when my son feels comfy with the balance ? And which kind ?
