Technical Informations

Inflation and Comfort
The "ideal" inflation for this type of mattress is generally "moderate" inflation (0.02 bar or 0.3 psi) which allows you to feel the ground under your buttocks when sitting on the mattress. When laid out, the mattress conforms to the shape of the body for extra comfort. We recommend using the following type of pump: "Quechua 5.2 L red" (8243066) which is the most efficient and our leading reference.
Size of inflated mattress
The length indicated is guaranteed within a range of +/- 10% depending on the pressure to which the mattress is inflated.
Maintenance tips
Do not machine wash the mattress. Wipe with a damp sponge when needed. To dry, stretch out in a dry and well-ventilated place without exposing to the sun or close to a heat source.

This air has been used indoors half a dozen times, now leaking Not impressed..
comfortable for 5 mins
Used for 1 week or less
This air bed is comfortable enough but Absolutely awful for losing air. 3 times we had woken up in the night touching the ground and kept having to pump it up in the early hours for it to deflate again! I will be returning this for a refund. DO. NOT. BUY.

Worst product purchased ever. My boyfriend is 1.7m tall and the air bar size is suppose to be 1.9m, however, its more 1.60 rather than 1.90 m. Do not purchased this air bed if you don’t want to have your legs hanging out.
Response of the brand
Hello Genoveva,
Thank you for your review of the Air Basic 140. We are sorry to hear of your bad experience. After your comment i have measured one in store and found the description to be correct at 190 cm. I recommend visiting your local Decathlon where they will be able to look into this further for you.

Worst mattress
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
After two weeks of purchase, the air began to descend from the mattress. Included repair kit is useless. This is my second mattress with the same fault.
Used for 1 week or less
I have just bought my product two days ago, in terms of quality and material it is excellent. But the mattress once inflated it does not last for more than two hours and then your body touches the ground. Also I have not received the repair kit that usually comes with the mattress in case of emergencies.

I am a big fan of Quechua and all my camping/hiking gears are 100% Quechua but was a bit disappointed with this mattress.
Definitely need a thick overlay!
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Good quality but uncomfortable without a thick overlay or mat unless you like sleeping on what feels like a mogul field/corrugated sheet. Even the dog wouldn't lie on it!
Seems to stay inflated for a few nights without a problem. Worth noting that the bellows foot pump sold by decathlon doesn't fit although you can hold the hose on to the valve.
Deflates easily, would be handy if it came with a storage bag.
