Technical Informations

Quick to pitch. Free-standing tent (place it wherever you like, and if there's no wind, no need for pegs = ready to use!). Easy to fold thanks to the Easy guiding system.
Mattress compatibility
We recommend you use the tent with the self-inflating or trekking mattress measuring 60 cm maximum. We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 6 cm height in this tent due the reduction in living space and resistance to condensation.
Flysheet with 2 side panels that can be opened out and attached to the side guy ropes (open from the inside). Air can circulate in the bedroom. The entire rear flysheet can also be lifted from the inside, by pulling on a string. 2 spaces between the flysheet and the ground on each side in the bedroom to enable the air to renew itself and limit natural condensation. Fresh concept to reduce the heat from the sun.
All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory (whole tent under 200 L/sqm/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. (2000mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester bedroom under the fly sheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the fly sheet.
Resistance to wind
We test all out tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes fitted around the tent must remain habitable in wind speeds up to 50 km/h near the ground (Force 6).
A score for comparing the products' environmental impact
The product's environmental impact is calculated over its entire life cycle using different indicators. An overall rating from A to E is provided to help you easily identify the more eco-friendly products by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers and backpacks, etc.) Decathlon is committed to displaying the environmental information of its products. Easy to setup & take down / good quality / cold
Used for 1 week or less
Having used this for UK camping at easter, while well made, it is very cold and I think more useful for summer camping abroad which is perhaps why the description mention the advantages with ventilation so much. It is well ventilated in that the mesh lets the air straight into the tent so you can feel a breeze at night so perhaps not for the UK easter camping ! Apart from that a doddle to setup and not hard to take down but practise a few times before going.

Great product to buy
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I'm a user of Quechua tents for years, I found a good progress of easier folding.
It got much easier than older model.
Good ventilation, durable to heavy wind and rain.
Great buy for the price.
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Brilliant service and a brilliant tent!!
completely useless due to pack size
Used for 1 week or less
This tent can only be used as a car camping tent as it does not pack down like a normal tent, instead it packs down a meter wide circular pack.
NOWHERE on the webpage is this stated and so the tent is completely useless to me as a backpack hiker.
I have contacted decathalon several times to complain about this and all I receive is an automated response about returning it to a store. This is impossible as I do not drive, live miles from a store and the tent only has a single carry handle. So my options are spend a few hours travelling to a store or spend £15 on return postage simply because decathlon did not make it clear that this is not a backpacking tent.

Extremely unhappy with decathalon's customer service. Most of my camping stuff comes from decathalon but I will not be using them at all in the future or recommending them to fellow campers
Excellent tent
Used for 1 week or less
Fantastic tent easy to put up. Just spend five minutes following the instruction on how to put away and it is quite simple.
