THE BENEFITS OF A CROSS TRAINER
Cross trainers are very effective: you can improve both your cardio and full-body toning in complete safety. A cross trainer combines the pedalling motion of an exercise bike, the climbing movement of a stepper and the arm movements of cross-country skiing. Furthermore, it reproduces the motion of running without the impact on joints!
3
FLYWHEEL AND PEDALLING PERFORMANCE
A cross trainer's flywheel affects how smoothly the pedals turn. The heavier the flywheel, the smoother the pedalling and the more enjoyable your workout will be.

THE CONSOLE: YOUR VIRTUAL COACH
The E Energy cross trainer console features: - 5 functions: calories burnt, distance covered, workout duration, speed and heart rate with the heart-rate monitor belt supplied. - 9 on-board programmes written in collaboration with our coaches to help you through your workouts.
5
TRACKING YOUR HEART RATE
Your E-Energy cross trainer comes with a heart-rate belt. It's the most reliable way to measure your heart rate. Moisten the sensors on the belt before positioning it just below the chest. Adjust it so it fits properly. After a few seconds, your heart rate will appear on the screen of your console.

TIPS FOR ADJUSTING YOUR CROSS TRAINER
Your cross trainer has various adjustments: - Adjustment of the positions of the pedals (close to the handlebar, in the middle, or further away). The optimum preset position is the middle one. The front position is useful for riders shorter than 1.75 m. The rear position is well suited for riders taller than 1.85 m. - A wheel that locks the arms and pedals for maximum safety when getting on and off your cross trainer.
7
TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR CROSS TRAINER
Your cross trainer is equipped with roller wheels at the front. To move it, stand facing the front of it. Block the cross trainer with your foot while pushing down on the handlebar to tilt the machine up so it rests on its wheels. Gently push it forward in the desired direction.

Sturdy And Smooth
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I have always been a big man, but a few years ago I got far too heavy so was bought a cross trainer and it helped me get to a weight I was happy with. Unfortunately after a few years of hard work it died on me so I have now replaced it with this and can tell already it is a step up in quality. It feels sturdy, with lovely big pedals, and runs silently and smoothly, with plenty of different settings to help me work different aspects. I was also very impressed with the packaging and how easy it was to set up with very good instructions.
