Technical Informations

1
WHY HAS THE RUN CUSHION SHOE BEEN SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR JOGGING?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground equals approximately 3 times your weight. This shock wave is diffused from the heel to the top of the spine. Your joints act as shock absorbers but are also severely put to the test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is therefore essential for absorbing shocks and dispersing vibrations.
2
WHY IS THERE CUSHIONING IN RUNNING SHOES?
In order to keep on running, you need to protect your body (joints, back, knees etc.) effectively from shocks and vibrations. The cushioning in the RUN CUSHION shoes has been designed to limit the impact of these repeated shock waves from your very first runs.
3
WHICH SIZE RUNNING SHOES SHOULD I CHOOSE?
In order to ensure optimum comfort with your RUN CUSHION shoes, choose a size bigger than your usual size. There should be 1 cm between your toe and the end of your shoes as your feet will swell during exercise.
4
WHICH SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
From 3 to 8
5
HOW HEAVY IS A RUN CUSHION RUNNING SHOE?
205 g in size 6
6
WHAT IS A SHOE'S "DROP"?
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe.
7
WHAT IS THE DROP ON A RUN CUSHION RUNNING SHOE?
6 mm height difference between front of sole and back.
8
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUN CUSHION RUNNING SHOES?
We recommend that you avoid machine washing your shoes as this causes damage to the technological and material properties of the shoe, they may come unstuck or shrink, and upper fabric may tear. When shoes are very dirty (mud), we recommend washing them with soapy water and a synthetic brush. Above all, avoid bleach! Rinse in fresh water. Do not leave your shoes to dry too close to a source of heat.
9
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RUNNING?
Running will enable you to: 1.get some fresh air 2.look after your body 3.develop your muscles gradually 4.maintain or lose weight 5.improve the health of your bones

marvellous
Good quality for the price, won't last long though
Used for 7 to 12 months
For the price, I really cannot complain as this is a fantastic pair of little shoes. They are super comfortable and fashionable. I have used them for the gym and on casual occasions. However after 6 months the shoes started to rip on several places, mainly where your pinky toe pokes out. The next part that gives away is the inner side of the shoe, where the ball of your feet are. I've sewn mine back together to get more use out of them but I won't be buying any more pairs as they just end up in the bin after a year, going to landfill. I will be looking into shoes that last more time. But other than this these are very good shoes.
