We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

If your order is faulty or if you received the wrong items, we will pay for the cost of return. However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the damage.
Any refund initiated from our side takes approximately 3-14 working days to reflect in your account.

- Shop an item, choose size and click “ADD TO CART”
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
- Check the item details and move to next page.
- Please do register as a member before proceed to delivery page.
- On the address page, it will ask you to enter your delivery address. Please note that you can choose to have a different billing address on that page. After done with the address details, you may move to next page.
- On the shipping page, you can choose which courier service that are available. As for Click & Collect option, you can choose preferred store for you to self-collect the items.
- You will receive a confirmation email after our team has validated the payment.
