RETURN ENQUIRIES
IN STORE PURCHASES
Please return your purchases to either the store you purchased from or your local store.

ONLINE PURCHASES
We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
Kindly state the item name or item code if you would like to make an exchange.

**Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning the whole order, the shipping cost you paid for your original order will be refunded automatically.
If your order is faulty or if you received the wrong items, we will pay for the cost of return. However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the damage.
Kindly take note that the refund is automatically credited to the account from which the payment was made. No credits to another account can be done.
Any refund initiated from our side takes approximately 3-14 working days to reflect in your account.
ORDER
Once an orders has been packed, we unable to add or change or amend any products from your order.
The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:
  • Find a product that you like and select your size by clicking on the number or letter.
  • Check the stock availability
  • Your product will be added to your basket in the top right corner
  • To edit or remove a product from your basket, click the basket in the top right corner (Check out) Then click the minus sign (-) to remove an item or the plus sign (+) to add the quantity of the same item.
The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:
  • Shop an item, choose size and click “ADD TO CART”
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Check the item details and move to next page.
  • Please do register as a member before proceed to delivery page.
  • On the address page, it will ask you to enter your delivery address. Please note that you can choose to have a different billing address on that page. After done with the address details, you may move to next page.
  • On the shipping page, you can choose which courier service that are available. As for Click & Collect option, you can choose preferred store for you to self-collect the items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after our team has validated the payment.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help.
Before contacting us it’s worth checking few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information. Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date. If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Care team quoting your order number.
On occasions we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered. We will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order so please check your mailbox. Some details may also be printed on your despatch note. We will refund any payment taken for items not sent.If you have not received an email from us or if there is no information on your despatch note, please contact our Customer Care team in

You will only pay the price that you see when checking out after include the shipping charges. No additional charges will be made.
You can enter a different billing and delivery address for your order. Click on “Add a new address” and fill in the address you want to ship the item to.You can do this at the checkout page. If you have any other messages or anything to let us know regarding your order, you can leave a message on the comment box.
To find a product that you are looking for, you can enter the name of the product in the search box at the top of the page. You are also able to search by Item/reference code if you have this in hand, in the same box. Please ensure that you have spelt the name correctly.

When we send your despatched email there can sometime be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 24 hours for your orders information to be visible.
All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

Once your parcel is dispatched, it could take 2-3 days to deliver to your door within Klang valley but please allow 1-7 days for deliveries to outside of Klang Valley.
