TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

COMPATIBILITY

Pannier rack compatible with Tilt folding bikes.
The Tilt ONESECONDCLIP pannier rack cannot be fitted with a baby carrier.

PLEASE NOTE, the pannier rack comes with 2 sets of mounts:
- the shortest ones are suited to the following bikes: TILT 100, TILT 120, TILT 500 Electric
- the longer, twisted ones are suited to the TILT 500 and TILT 900. For these bikes, correctly position the legs on the outside of the pannier rack before screwing on.

CARRYING CAPACITY

Maximum load of 15 kg

TESTS

Laboratory tests are conducted to validate the durability of the components (screws, chainwheels, paintwork, etc.). For example: abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, colourfastness to UV rays. The finished product is also tested to ensure that the assembly remains firmly in place over time.
As a final test, the weighted pannier rack is mounted onto a test bicycle that reproduces the vibrations of the road over thousands of cycles.
