Although these bibs are primarily used to identify teams they are excellent cold/hot weather clothing items. Used as a ultra-lightweight string vest under clothes such as used by British and Norwegian commandos in WWII, they add warmth in the cold, while never being clammy. In the hot weather they keep you cool by allowing greater air circulation and keeping wet clothes off the skin. Google string vests for the science and testimonials. These Decathalon items are very cheap so just try one and you'll see I'm right.
