0-15PSI 12V/15A ELECTRIC PUMP FOR INFLATABLE STAND-UP-PADDLE BOARDS AND KAYAKS

Been using pump since July and no issues with its performance, inflates to 15psi every time. I would have given 5 stars but i agree with a couple of previous reviews that the hose connection lead could be designed better and it is noisy, but can easily manage these.

Very flimsy attachment. OK if you are careful. About as quick as a foot pump. Rather disappointing.

Tried this pump when it arrived today, it was easy enough to setup and use. Inflated my paddleboard in about 10 mins with little effort. The hose that it came with has a couple of design flaws though. Its actually a little short and inflexible when under pressure, causing the pump to lean or fall over as it pumps, I can live with that. The other problem is that the SUP valve adapter fastens to the hose with a left hand twist, whereas the SUP valve fastens to the board with a right hand twist - if you attempt to securely fasten the hose to the board then it pops out of the adapter. Strangely, the other adapters supplied for inflatables etc are the correct match and lock in the same direction as the hose. Good product let down by a poorly designed hose.

Pump arrived with plug broken as per a recent review by another buyer, maybe I got their return?

Customer service has been slow to respond and appear to ignore message content.

Decathlon will possibly out of business if they don’t improve their service.

Steer clear at the moment is my advice.

The pump keeps cutting out at 10 psi and then will not start again only had this for over 1 year. I will return if that is ok.

Pump arrived with electric connector smashed and in pieces in the bag in the box, box had no external damage so no way this was done in transit. This was packed like this to be sent out because they are short of stock. disgraceful customer service that someone would send a product like this very disappointing

I bought this pump last year and used for the first time today. Couldn’t get an accurate psi reading, the board was rock solid by the time it registered 4.9psi at which point I stopped as didn’t want to over inflate and damage board.

Bought mine 24/4/19
and only used it 3 times
When you go to set the pressure you need then press start Nothing happens

I posted a review of this pump the other day but have since found out the problem. I posted that the pump was not working on the third use, however, I have since found out that the pump is working perfectly with its lead plugged directly into my 12 volt socket. I was using a 12 volt third party extension lead, in the instruction it states that the pump will not operate with extension leads or mains converters. My apologies for my earlier review.
