Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot and when you are making a physical effort.
Do not wear cotton T-shirts because, rather than transferring moisture outwards and drying quickly, cotton absorbs body moisture and rapidly cools down the skin. Choosing the right T-shirt will make you more comfortable during your workout, regardless of the duration.
