first pair of running tights I have owned and at first thought they were to tight but having used them a few times now I am very happy with them, Bought them mainly for the cold winter months and they do help to keep your legs warm in the wind and rain, I am a 32/33 inch waist and the Medium is a Good fit for me, a bit long in the leg but not a problem as they are easily rolled up, very Good value for money compared to more better known brands, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade there winter running kit.
