Im not usually the kind of person who posts reviews, but this was crazy. The bad reviews here are not wrong, or an exaggeration.
The treadmill stops and shows the E03 error, and trying the solutions in the manual did not fix it. Definitely the poorest quality treadmill i've ever used in my life. Emailing them took me round in circles (they kept telling me to email customer service using the email provided and it led me right back to them having the same referral AGAIN. I had to call trading standards just to get a refund since they don't even answer their phone.
Wouldn't recommend this nightmare treadmill or company's products to anyone.
I like the treadmill very much. I also found customer service to be top notch.
During lockdowns and poor weather this is the perfect machine. Quiet and efficient I can take my exercise whilst watching the folk outside getting a soaking whilst I can chose the levels of exercise I want. I am really pleased with it and would recommend it.
Do not buy these product !
I have purchased a number of things from decathlon in past with no issues however i have now returned this product as it has been out of action more than running since i received it see issues below
1. Late shipment
2. Late delivery by courier
3. within 7 days E03 error
4. 2 weeks to get and engineer out
5. Engineer fix again within 10 days E03 error
6. Requested a return took nearly a week to get them to arrange
7. Still waiting for me refund and no offer of compensation
Probably my worst customer experience ever
I received my treadmill on a Wednesday. No issues putting it together. I used it 3 times with no problems. Then on the following Sunday, I tried to use it and it produced an E14 error code and the motor would not stay on. I contacted Decathlon and was able to process a return. (Taking the treadmill apart and packing back into the box was a chore!)
Decathlon refunded my purchase and I bought a second one thinking that the first was just a manufacturer’s defect. Well, I received the second one two nights ago. I put it together, and have used it once. The second time I tried to use it, the screen will only show “3’11” on it and will not display anything else (no distance, calories, etc). The motor will turn on, though. So I guess it still sort of works. Steer clear of this nightmare.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this product which I bought during quarantine as gyms were closed and I prefer to run indoors. Firstly, I ordered treadmill lubricant with the treadmill, only to be informed on the day that this product could not be fulfilled. Then the treadmill arrived with the incorrect power lead. The correct lead was then shipped however after about 1 weeks use the treadmill began stopping midway through a workout. It gradually got worse until I was unable to use the treadmill for more than 6 minutes. I began communicating with decathlon regarding this issue on 1/8/20 and am yet to receive a solution. Thoroughly disappointed in the customer service and the product.
Started off great but not working after 3 weeks and I keep getting an error 3 message. Been trying to contact customer service and can't get through to anyone.
received and put together only to find they have sent an American kettle lead with no way of putting it in a UK socket ridiculous
Good product. Track is quite narrow ( 16") compared to others. This may inconvenience some users.
