Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25 to 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week). Each session should begin with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up (longer if you are a beginner). If you start your workout session too quickly, you may increase the risk of injury and lose your energy. Finally, at the end of each session, take the time for a recovery phase and don't forget to stretch.
