I bought these intially to protect my laminate flooring from me jumping around exercising at home, and also when putting weights down, but soon realised they are also good for reducing the noise level of my feet hitting the floor when landing (I live in a narrow terrace, so this is needed!), and also as my floor is hard, they protect my knees meaning I can jump higher.
However, they come apart easily, I have to stop several times to put them back together. I wanted something like this that does come apart rather than one big mat for storage. A rug grip under has helped stop them slide around, but a stronger locking mechanism between the tiles would also help.

I bought these to lay on the floor so I could do body pump at home using the standard sized body pump bar and weight selection. I bought one pack but realised after laying them down I could probably do with another pack!
They are non-slip which is great and flexible in terms of your chosen layout.
The thickness is great and is perfect so doing yoga on, so now more sore bones!
